General Posting Policies for ResellGalore
(It applies to all versions fo Reselgalore.com and Resellgalore.com.au)
Age limit:
As a condition of your use of ResellGalore you agree that you are older than 18 years of age.

To make sure that ResellGalore is as clean, friendly and usable as possible for everyone we may remove ads that fall outside our posting rules stated in our Terms and Condition.
You are solely responsible for all information that you submit to ResellGalore and any consequences that may result from your post.
We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate or breaching our Terms of Use.
We also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a user’s usage of the site either temporarily or permanently, or refuse a user’s registration.

General reasons for ads placed on hold or deleted are:

Against policy
Against applicable laws. It is the responsibility of the advertiser before posting an ad on ResellGalore that content advertised adheres to ResellGalore posting policies as well as applicable laws. As a condition of your use of ResellGalore specified under our Terms of Use, you agree that you will not violate any laws.

Offering postage. ResellGalore should only be used in face to face local transactions – Ads should be advertised on the local site that is geographically closest to you

Duplicate of another ad posted by you

Posted under wrong category (You must choose the single most relevant category for your ad)
We only accept ads in English (ResellGalore is an English speaking site and to make sure that the site is usable for everyone we only accept ads that are in English, although translations in other languages in addition to English text is ok)
Overseas ads are not accepted (ResellGalore is only for local community or local businesses)
Website links to other property / job / classified or auction sites are not accepted (although in some exceptions it is ok)
Not descriptive enough (Ads that do not provide enough detail will be placed on hold or removed as this makes for a bad browsing experience)
Appears to be a copy of another ad posted on ResellGalore (You may not copy other user ads, you ad must be original)
Inappropriate language
Inappropriate photo / image
Discriminatory on race / religion / nationality
Location, price or URL’s in titles
Selling or offering services for supplements / medicine general or pharmaceutical
Selling body parts / bodily fluids, adoption or surrogacy
Ads that report other fraudulent ads. Please report potentially fraudulent ads via Contact Us page with ad details (ad id, email address) and reasons why these ads should be reviewed
ResellGalore reserves the right to remove any postings that we feel are not relevant, or of value to the ResellGalore community, with or without notice.

There are several ways that your ad may be found to be breaching policy and removed from the site including:

Your ad has been reported to us.

When this happens your ad may be temporarily suspended (this depends on a few things) until we look at it.
We check reported ads as quickly as we can. As long as we find that it has’t broken any Posting Policies or Terms of Use it should be back up again shortly. Check back after a few hours to see if this is the case.

Your ad has been removed by our moderation tools

Ads either identified by our automated tools as inappropriate, that we then find do break our Posting Policies or Terms of Use will be removed from the site.In most cases we email you to let you know when we have had to remove your ad. These emails sometimes get directed to junk folders so please look out for ResellGalore emails. If your junk / spam settings are set at high, then ResellGalore emails may not even be delivered to the spam / junk folder. You may wish to add ResellGalore to your safe senders list if you have one).
